Matthew Regush is co-owner and chief operating officer of Sky View Suites, a corporate housing company in Toronto.
Since buying into the business in 2014, Sky View Suites has seen unprecedented growth in the Toronto market including several acquisitions of competitors.
Matthew manages a team of staff that oversee day to day operations including maintenance, housekeeping, marketing, and guest services.
Matthew is also the lead on business development, meeting with clients and attending conferences all around North America to generate new business relationships and bolster existing ones.
Matthew brings his talents in team management, business development, and his entrepreneurial spirit to StayWell with the goal of growing the organization to a household name in the medical charity community.
The synergies between his leadership style, work ethic, and passion to make a difference position StayWell for success in the years to come.
Matthew is a student at the University of Waterloo currently studying towards a Bachelor of Mathematics in Computational Mathematics, and a minor in Combinatorics and Optimization. He is currently working at Sky View Suites, overseeing the company’s technical endeavors.
Matthew brings 5 years of technical experience from working at Sky View Suites as well as though his education/personal projects. Matthew hopes to use his knowledge and expertise to keep StayWell ahead in a world where technology is an integral part of society.
Steven Argyris is co-owner and chief financial officer of Sky View Suites. With a background in mathematics and consulting, his experience in supply chain optimization quickly impacted the business.
He has helped develop more robust internal controls that deliver a more consistent/quality end-to-end customer experience and has helped shape the financial reporting side of the business by creating tools enabling management to make more timely financial decisions.
Steven brings his pragmatic business philosophy and passion for solving systemic problems to the StayWell board. “Empathy and first principle reasoning are the most powerful tools to find solutions and create change.”
Stefan is a graduate of Algoma University (B.B.A. Hons.) and holds a Chartered Professional Accountant designation. Stefan is currently working as a Manager of Audit and Advisory at JRPC, a public accounting firm that provides services including but not limited to assurance, advisory, and tax for a variety of entities both for and not for profit.
In his position, he is responsible for managing and leading a team of professionals in completing audit and other assurance engagements, tax planning, and advisory services.
Stefan has past experience working as an accounting supervisor for the YMCA where he gained valuable experience in the financial processes, controls, forecasting and financial analysis of a not for profit organization
Sass has been an importer of dried fruit and edible nuts for over 40 years, sourcing globally and supplying the US & Canadian manufacturing and wholesale markets. He is currently consulting to the import and export communities.
Since 2015 he has been on the executive committee of the Molly & David Bloom Research Chair in Multiple Myeloma at Princess Margaret Cancer Center, and has been one of the top 3 fundraisers for the MM Walk at PMCF.
As a result of his involvement, he has extensive contacts throughout the major downtown hospitals.
Riley believes that strong results are created from strong designs. His background is rooted in the development of branding and how it can influence both business and personal growth.
